Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to develop user-centered design solutions.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements with project managers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance usability.
  • Ensure an efficient and seamless user experience across various screen sizes.
  • Translating the product vision - concepts through research, user flows, sketching, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure design consistency and feasibility during development.
  • Optimize UI/UX using A/B testing, user research, and feedback analysis.
  • Clearly document design guidelines, UI components, and interaction patterns for development teams.
  • Advocate for human-centered design, engaging with users through observation, interviews, and testing.
  • Present and justify design solutions to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Work independently on projects, identifying and solving design challenges efficiently.
  • Align design processes with Agile frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in wireframing, user flows, and interaction design for web and desktop applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on digital products, web and desktop interfaces, and large platform designs.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles to create efficient and seamless user experiences.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, with expertise in typography, iconography, color, and spatial design.
  • Experience in responsive web design and crafting interfaces for multiple screen sizes.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience contributing to design systems is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and workflows within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on project-level tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and interact deeply with users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

  1. Manage the maintenance/repair of RockStar Academy Outlet facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
  2. Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
  3. Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

Job Description: 

  1. Ensure that all staff at the academies level carry out the work in accordance with SOP issued by RockStar Academy.
  2. Carry out the In Gym audit & CCTV audit for Operation, Activity and Maintenance team.
  3. Checking the academies facilities at each visit and report if it finds conditions that are not in accordance with company standards.
  4. Communicates the audit findings by reporting the result to the related department on the same day.
  5. Preparing a final report at the end of the month by sending to direct superior.
  6. Conducting a survey at the academy on each academy visit.
