Parkour Overview
Parkour practices traversing obstacles in a man-made or natural environment using running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements in order to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Parkour Classes are conducted in Gymnastics Studio with safety equipment and qualified teachers. You will develop skills, build confidence, meet new friends, learn to be a team player, achieve goals, and be well on your way to becoming a Life Champion!

Program Objectives
To challenge students both physically and mentally in a fun and safe environment.
To keep students highly active during each class while engaging in creative drills and games.
To increase knowledge of parkour fundamentals and philosophies such as training safely, solving problems, and setting goals.
Noe has experience as a parkour coach at Kopassus Cijantung, parkour performer at ASEAN 2014, South Korea, parkour choreographer for HUT BRIMOB KELAPA DUA, and participant in NINJA WARRIOR INDONESIA 2017-2018.
He is experienced parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, & rockfit coach.
